This is an independent Viking service covering Brookline and the streets either side of it. It is not part of the manufacturer and does not present itself as one; what it is, is people who work on these appliances every week.

How the fault is found
Cooking and cold, one visit
A Brookline kitchen usually runs a Viking range next to Viking refrigeration, and the same call can cover both. Nobody is sent back a second time for the appliance standing beside the one that failed.
Buildings before appliances
Half of this work is access: shared lobbies, a lift that will not take a full-size range, a back stair with two turns. The route in is planned on the phone rather than discovered on the doorstep.
Numbers, then parts
Manifold pressure, flame-sense return, sensor resistance at heat, drain flow under load. A part is ordered when a reading says it has failed, not because it is the usual suspect.

No job count, no first-visit success rate and no trading history appear anywhere on this site, because none of them could be checked from outside and an unverifiable number is worth less than no number. What is checkable is here: the appliances, the flat $95 service call, the areas covered, and a phone line answered 24/7.
An appliance still inside the manufacturer's own cover should go to a provider the manufacturer has appointed. Everything else — out of cover, second-hand, inherited with the house — is exactly what this service exists for.

Model and serial number, a plain description of the fault, and whether the kitchen is up a stair or through a lobby. That is the whole call.
